Brian Romanow, Associate

As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with nearly 30 years of business and consulting experience I bring a strong and unique skill set to the world of real estate. I have been a real estate investor and developer for over 20 years and I am well versed in the purchase and sale process, along with property development, subdivision and construction. My experience ranges from raw land development, inner city in-fills, property renovations and legal secondary suites to managed commercial and residential multi-family investment properties. My consulting career has spanned many businesses large and small and across the globe and I continue to be deeply connected with the world of accounting and finance. I bring my project management experience and financial skillset to each investment project to help enable its success. 

I grew up in Calgary and have lived and worked all around our amazing City and the Okotoks area. I have also been an acreage homeowner for over 20 years and enjoy the rural lifestyle and the additional benefits acreage living can provide. My affection for architecture, landscape design, building systems, home technologies and interior design will help me guide you in making the best choices whether you are buying or selling.
