Payload Trust Deposit
This platform allows Buyers to make secure deposits connected to real estate purchases with ease and without transfer limits.
Please follow the instructions below:
1. Have the following information ready:

- Name, email, property address, Seller (Listing) agent name, Buyer agent name, email address and deposit amount (all fields are mandatory)
Note: Payload fee of $15 will automatically be applied at the time of payment.
2. Payment can be made by using online banking credentials or their direct
deposit account information
3. After the deposit is successfully processed, a deposit receipt will be emailed to
both the Buyer and the Seller’s Brokerage
Note: Once the deposit is completed it can take 2 business days to clear the account
